Surfboards made in the early days of the sport were works of art in that they were individually crafted and each was designed to satisfy the owner’s personal taste and desire for individuality.
In the early days, no two boards were identical. The “Collector’s Edition” continues that tradition with each board airbrush painted to represent the natural variations in colors and grains of the different exotic tropical woods used in early surfboard construction.
The “Collectors’ Edition” finishing technique simulates the use of those natural resources thereby conserving the tropical rain forests.
